The Sanctuary is taking shape

Sotto la Panca is no longer just a dream.

It's a real piece of land, in Sicily, in Acireale.

A place we bought with our own funds, step by step, with determination and love.

This will be the permanent home for rescued animals.

After Luce, our first protected life, we understood that we couldn't stop. Her story shouldn't be an exception. It had to become a beginning.

We bought the land because we believe that animals are not property.

We believe they deserve space, freedom, and safety.

We are renovating the existing warehouse to transform it into the first operational core of the Sanctuary.

We are designing the stables, fences, and grazing areas.

We are submitting the project to accommodate cows, goats, sheep, chickens, rabbits — and also dogs, cats, and other abandoned animals.

Every day is a step forward.

Every meter of fencing is a promise kept.

Every project submitted is a piece of the future being built.

This place will be the home of Luce's future brothers and sisters.

It will be the place where no one will ever be betrayed again.

Where life can finally be life.
