Sotto la Panca ODV is a non-profit Volunteer Organization, founded by seven members and operating collectively through its associative bodies, as stipulated in its articles of association.
The association does not belong to a single person: all resources collected are allocated to its institutional activities and the care of animals.
Sotto la Panca ODV is registered in the National Register of Third Sector Entities (RUNTS) with repertory number 155195. The registration was formalized on June 5, 2025, with protocol no. 0026253, pursuant to Legislative Decree 117/2017.
